Non-Refundable Rate
All reservations at Dreamland Houses are made under a non-refundable rate policy. This means:
- The total amount of the reservation is charged in full at the time of booking.
- 30-day cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
- If you modify your reservation (e.g., change of dates, reduction of nights) or if any change results in a lower total cost, no refund will be issued for the difference.
- If you do not arrive on your check-in date (No-Show), the full reservation amount is forfeited.
No Modifications After Booking
Due to the non-refundable nature of all bookings, modifications to dates, apartment type, or guest numbers after confirmation cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and management approval. Any approved modification that results in a higher cost requires immediate payment of the difference.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extraordinary circumstances (e.g., proven serious illness, death of an immediate family member, or natural disaster preventing travel), management may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a credit voucher for a future stay. Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@dreamland-houses.com with supporting documentation. Refunds in cash or to the original payment method are not available under any circumstances.
Force Majeure
Dreamland Houses shall not be liable for any cancellation or interruption of stay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or acts of war. In such cases, a credit voucher for a future stay will be offered where legally permissible.
