Delivery Time (Check-In & Check-Out)

In the context of accommodation services, “Delivery Time” refers to the scheduled check-in and check-out times that define when the apartment is made available to the guest and when it must be vacated.

6.1 Check-In

• Standard check-in time: from 15:00 to 23:00 (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Early check-in before 15:00 may be arranged subject to availability and must be requested in advance. An additional charge may apply.
• Guests arriving after 23:00 must notify us in advance. Late arrivals may be subject to special key-handover arrangements.
• A valid photo ID (passport or national identity card) is required from all guests upon check-in for registration purposes, as required by Greek law.
• A damage deposit may be taken at check-in either as a credit card hold or as a cash deposit. This will be released or returned upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment at check-out.

6.2 Check-Out

• Standard check-out time: between 09:00 and 11:00 (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM).
• Late check-out after 11:00 may be arranged subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. An additional charge will apply.
• Guests must vacate the apartment and return all keys/access cards by the agreed check-out time.
• The apartment will be inspected after departure. Any damage identified will be charged to the guest’s damage deposit or registered payment method.

6.3 Keys & Access

Apartment keys or access codes will be provided at check-in. Loss of keys may result in a replacement charge. Guests are responsible for the security of the apartment during their stay.

6.4 Luggage Storage

Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Dreamland Houses is not liable for any loss or damage to stored luggage.
