Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation at Dreamland Houses. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

General

Dreamland Houses (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the Property”) is a luxury apartment complex located in Oia, Santorini, Greece. These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, stays, and transactions made through our website (www.dreamland-houses.com) or any third-party booking platform.

Eligibility

• The lead guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these terms.
• Dreamland Houses welcomes children of all ages. Pets are not permitted on the property.

Reservation & Payment

• All reservations require full prepayment at the time of booking.
• Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
• Your reservation is subject to availability and is only confirmed once full payment is processed and you receive a written confirmation.
• Dreamland Houses reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before a confirmed reservation is made.

Use of the Property

• The maximum occupancy per apartment must not be exceeded.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and indoor common areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, its contents, or communal areas during their stay.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum between 23:00 and 08:00 in respect of other guests and local residents.
• Parties, events, or gatherings not pre-approved by management are not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Dreamland Houses shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by guests or their belongings during their stay, except where such liability arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to utility outages, weather events, or strikes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thira (Santorini), Greece.
